The 2023 vintage began with promising budbreak around the first week of April. The cool spring days were accompanied by abundant rainfall, which fostered vigorous shoot growth and helped maintain good water reserves. During the summer, temperatures rose, allowing the grapes to verize well. The absence of rain during the harvest period resulted in healthy organic grapes with a well-balanced degree of ripeness.
Chianti Natìo has intense aromas of fresh fruit with hints of spice. It is well-balanced and structured, smooth, with notes reminiscent of cherry, blueberry, and plum.
