The 2025 harvest season was marked by great balance, both during the spring—which saw abundant rainfall that ensured a steady water supply over time—and during a cool summer, which was also punctuated by sporadic rain showers. June began with temperatures above the seasonal average, but the rains in early July brought temperatures back in line with those of milder summers.
A wine with a pleasant pale pink color. Fresh aroma with lovely hints of wild berries and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with good savory notes and fruity undertones, and excellent balance.
Perfect as an aperitif and extremely versatile; ideal for classic aperitifs, delicate seafood dishes, white meats, risottos, and vegetable dishes.
