Harvest notes

The 2022 growing season featured a generally warm and dry winter and spring. Starting in June, with no rain, temperatures rose significantly. The first rains in August helped the vines recover from water stress, ensuring optimal ripeness. The dry weather this season kept the grapes healthy and intact, requiring minimal intervention in the vineyard and yielding balanced, aromatic fruit.

Tasting notes

Montefalco Rosso “La Campana” is the result of a major project that began in the family's vineyards in Umbria with the aim of promoting the region. Deep red in color, it offers aromas of fresh fruit such as plum and cherry, and is harmonious and pleasant.
