A cornerstone of Tuscan viticulture, Montepulciano combines harmonious landscapes, millennial of history and one of Italy's most renowned winemaking traditions.

 

Already mentioned in medieval writings for the quality of its grapes, this plateau overlooking the Val di Chiana has long enjoyed an excellent reputation for the elegance and longevity of its wines, becoming one of the most authoritative references for Tuscan wine worldwide.
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano denomination, established in 1966 and among the first areas in Italy to obtain DOCG status in 1980, celebrates a unique heritage made of tradition, savoir-faire and the region's suitabillity for viticulture. Cecchi has contributed to this history by interpreting the area with a style that combines finesse, balance and respect for tradition, telling Montepulciano through wines with an authentic character.
