For the first time since Coevo's creation, the blend focuses on just two grape varieties: Sangiovese (from Villa Rosa estate, Chianti Classico) and Merlot (from Val delle Rose, Maremma), offering an elegant balance between finesse, structure, and an expression of the vineyards from which it comes.
